Halloween Is Almost Here

Halloween is almost here!!  This is a fun time of year and my family always looks forward to it.  I saw some good sales on costumes at buy.com  and amazon.com   I am so excited to see all of the little ghosts and goblins in my neighborhood!  BOO!

Writing Gigs Are Becoming More And More Popular

I am really impressed by the number of writing jobs that are now available online. My favorite has always been wordgigs.....I have been writing for them for a year and they always pay on time without problems. I am also writing for textbroker and writer access. You can write articles about all sorts of topics and with wordgigs, you can write short, first person blurbs. I am going to begin writing for them full time very soon. My days of working in the outside world are numbered because I truly miss working from home on a full time basis.

I also found a great job lead from my friend kathyest......I will post the link in case anyone is interested. It is for customer service, technical and sales positions....the pay is from $8-$12 an hour. This would be for the company Arise and you can find out a lot more about them on their website.

It has been a while since my last post!! I am still working on my writing jobs and I took a position outside of the home to help with Christmas this year. My Newest Experiment

I am a pack a day smoker and I desperately want to quit and become healthier. I have decided to try Green Ciagarettes because they do not contain all of the tar, carbon momoxide and all of the other chemicals that a traditional cigarette does. I am going to use these and then taper down and quit completely. I am so excited about this so I decided to become an affiliate. I cannot wait until I am officially smoke free. This will be a lot better for my health and for all of those who I love so dearly.

V The Return!!!

I cannot wait until next week!!! I love the series V.......it will return to television on March 30th on ABC!! My entire family loves this show and we are all awaiting the return of this series. We cannot wait to see what will happen next and what does Anna have in store for us. There have been a lot of twists and turns and it will be exciting when it comes back on. I remember watching the original V when I was a kid and I absolutely fell in love with this story. The Visitors may not be as intelligent as they think..... :P

Hi Everyone

I hope that everyone is doing well. I have been keeping very busy and have been watching all of the new reality shows on television. I am an American Idol fanatic and it looks like it is going to be a great season. Work has been rather slow and I am looking for a few new ideas to keep things moving. I am still writing for Wordgigs and I also do some freelance work. I am recovering from the shingles. This is my second time having this and I sincerely hope that it is the last.

It Has Been A Long Time

Hi guys,

I am sorry that it has been so long since my last post. I have been keeping very busy. I am still working my writing jobs and I am still trying to make ends meet. It has been a rough time for us and I am certain that things will improve in this new year. My oldest son is in the Air Force and he has been helping those who were hurt in Haiti. I am so proud of him. My youngest son is still doing great in school and is growing like a weed. The time goes by too quickly. I miss when they were babies. I hope that everyone has a prosperous and happy, healthy New Year!
