Today Was A Good Day

Hi all,

It has been a pretty rough month since I was laid off from my main job. Today some of my hard work has finally paid off. I received a check from People String for $27, my check from Live Work for $71, and my check from In telichek for $21. Thank goodness!!! Tomorrow I will get my direct deposit from West. I am so happy to finally have a little bit of money coming in again.

I also started writing for a company. If anyone would like info on that, please let me know. I am enjoying it because it is non-phone work and there is plenty of it. They pay via paypal weekly so that will definitely be a big help.

Still Trying

Hi everyone,

I am still trying to find new ways to make money online. I will be getting my first check for People String soon and I already received my first check from IM Report Card. I have taken on a few side jobs and am still trying to replace my main job (I was laid off a few weeks ago) I am learning to cut corners on the budget when I can, but it is quite challenging.

I started working with Intelichek and it is not easy work, but I can work my own hours and they pay bi-weekly. I am doing some side work for a nice girl that I met on WAHM and just passed my final test for Toys R Us (Westathome).

I am trying to stay positive, but with the economy being what it is.....I still worry. Thank goodness for extra eggs in my basket that definitely add up. I will continue to look for more ways to make extra money online. I have to believe that things will look up for all of us.

Hi all,

I have been super busy looking for new opportunities. I have started doing some writing projects for Live Works. The company is ran by the folks who do Live Ops. You Data and Couponing

Hi everyone,

I wanted to tell you what I did with my extra you data paypal money. While I don't get a lot of you data money each week, I took the 2.59 that I earned and went to ebay. I found a lot of 100 grocery coupons for 3.00. So basically, I only paid .41 cents for them. They were an assortment of all food items and the products listed were things that I use anyway. It will be very interesting to see how much I will save all together. I am proud of myself for using the you data money wisely. I think that I am getting the hang of couponing and saving money! :)

Sorry I have been gone for a few days

I went to the Dr today and have a really nasty ear infection and have felt pretty crappy this week. I have my job interview tomorrow and feel rotten, so I hope it goes ok.

I have been keeping busy with People String and IM Report Card. I have decided that I do not like joining things that make you do offers. I had a dispute on my credit card after doing one so I would recommend against it unless you have a prepaid credit card.

I hope to find some more new and exciting ways to make a little extra money and post them soon.

My budgeting groceries and couponing is going pretty well, but I need to get more organized.

Making Extra Money Online

Hi everyone,

I hope that you are having a fantastic holiday weekend! Mine has been very good. I have been reading a lot about budgeting and couponing and am learning a lot. It really is a great idea to make it a game and see how much you can really save.

People String and IM Report Card are both going great for me. I am so excited. I am happy that I found this way to add to my families income. I also have an interview on Thursday for a work at home position. Keeping fingers crossed that it works out.

Saving Money

I have decided that I am going to make myself start shopping smarter at the grocery store. I have printed out some coupons online and am going to the store tomorrow with a strict list and a strict budget. I really need to cut corners where I can and I think it is time that I start with the groceries. I read somewhere that if you treat coupons as cash.....it makes a big difference. I can see that.....I know that if I stick with it, I can definitely do this. I am definitely cooking and baking a lot more to avoid expensive fast food! It also helps that some friends gave us fresh produce from their garden. This economy has definitely affected all of us and it is time that I trim the fat from our food budget. Any other ideas???

Update On People String

Remembering 9-11

I posted a video at the bottom of the page in tribute to those who lost their lives in 9/11. I pray for them, their families and this country. I will leave it up for the entire month in remembrance of this devastating day. My heart still aches for all that lost their lives and the many heroes of that day. God Bless Them All.

Where Are The Best Places To Look for Online WAH Jobs

There are many ways to earn money online. You can start a business, participate in Paid To Click Programs, writing gigs, paid social networks ect, but there are also legitimate J-O-B-S out there. I do a combination of both. I work part time for 2 different companies where I do outbound calling for them. I believe that my official title is marketing representative. I have worked at home for the past 5 years. Believe me......I have done it all!!! Some very good experiences and some disasters. I have found that there are 2 really good websites to find these jobs. The members will give you all the details about hundreds of companies that offer work from home....the good....the bad .....and the ugly...LOL....I recommend the following 2 sites for all of the info you need in finding the perfect job for you.

There are customer service jobs, sales, marketing, writing and many more to choose from. I always do research before I start a new job. Check them out with the BBB and google them. I have found that there is a lot more money to be made in outbound work. I do not do sales, but I do dabble in lead generation. The lowest paid jobs are the ones that pay you by the minute of your actual talk time. I don't like these at all because you can have a slow hour and not make any money at all if your phone does not ring.

I think that it really all depends on what you like to do. What works for me may not work for you. That is why I recommend those sites so that you can read about them all. I hope that this helps those who are interesting in finding work from home.

I love the concept of this site. You fill out a profile and then advertisers pay you to view their adds. They choose you depending on your interests. The best part is they pay .05-10 cents for each click! They also pay weekly by paypal and there is no certain amount you have to have to get paid. I signed up Wednesday and will get 1.45 today. Not a huge amount, but really cool for the tiny bit of time I put into it. I think that it is awesome that they pay you weekly regardless of the amount. Be Careful of Scams

One thing that I think is very important when searching for ways to make extra money online is make sure that you research the company thoroughly. If it sounds too good to be true.....it probably is! I cannot count how many scams are out there. It is sad because there are many good opportunities out there and you just have to be careful. Make Extra Money By Writing

I recently found a great side job and am so excited about it. You actually get paid for writing articles for their blog. www.starreviews.com

The pay is 12$ per approved article and they must be between 350-700 words each. You have an editor and must get article topics approved before you write them. They pay biweekly and on time. Welcome To Ways To Make Extra Money Online

Hello and welcome to my blog. I have worked from home for the past 5 years and I have had my share of ups and downs for sure. I am a mother of 3 and a grandma to one sweet little angel. My reason for starting this blog is to try and help people out there who are just like me. I do not want to see anyone else get scammed or taken in by someone who will promise you the world. I have had my failures in home based businesses and also with working for companies that were less than reputable. I feel that I have learned a lot through the years and I want to help anyone that I can.

There is hope....there are many legitimate ways to make extra money online. You just have to be extremely careful and do your research. As far as home businesses go, stay far away from people who promise to build your downline for you ect. I fell for that twice and will never ever believe it again. The trick in home business, is that you are not ever going to get rich quick! It takes time and a lot of hard work. There are some very good reasonable priced businesses that you can do and we will talk more about that later.

My favorite ways to make money are writing, blogging, reviews, paid to click sites and affiliate programs. These are all usually free to join and the income possibilities are very real. No....you are not going to get rich, but $20 here and there really starts adding up quickly. I will post more about my experiences with these types of programs.
